According to this page -> http://www.hugi.scene.org/online/hugise03/hug … with%20gore.htm , Future Crew had created a demo/intro for Creative Labs (an advertisement for Creative Lab's new hardware at the time, the "3D Mouse").

The page also lists other retail/company related demos/intros for "Strategic Simulations", and one for "The Waite Group Press" that Future Crew also created.

Quite some time ago I managed to find downloads for the above two, but never a download link for the Creative Labs one.

Anyone have any idea of where to download that demo/intro?

I asked the creators and they didn't find a copy in their backups.

Apparently it had been bundled with some Creative Aeromouse, though, so there's a slight chance there's a copy of it somewhere.

Thanks for the info 😀 I'll definitely be on the lookout for a disk for that Creative Aeromouse 😀

BTW, on that same page that I linked previously ( http://www.hugi.scene.org/online/hugise03/hug … with%20gore.htm ) refering to the old demoscene group "Future Crew":

Nevertheless they produced some games for fun, among them a pinball game and a side-scrolling shoot'em'up. When the vice president of marketing from Epic visited Finland, he saw the games and was so fascinated that he asked Future Crew to sell him their games. Once again, the sceners were reluctant, but they allowed Epic to use the concept of their pinball game. Thus, Epic Pinball was created. It was pretty much the same as Future Crew's original game, but it had different code.

Epic also managed to hire Pixel. Pixel went to the USA, where worked on the graphics for Epic Pinball. The "very nice payment" finally encouraged the remaining FC members to work for money.

So... does anyone know of a site to download the above-said "Future Crew Pinball"?

rfnagel, is there a website that provide the ability to listen to the demos before downloading them?

Not that I'm aware of. But, just about anything can be found on YouTube. I'm not so sure about the other two demos that I mentioned previously (that I was able to actually find download links for quite some time ago)... but I've seen a TON of old demos back from the demoscene days on YouTube 😀
