Modern screen capture program for 256 color?

Searched Vogons, but failed to find similar topic, so here it goes....

So I'm playing Jane's Fighters Anthology - a 256 color game - on Windows XP. Things have been trouble-free so far, except when I want to take screenshot. I'm using Greenshot, but the resulted screenshot has weird colors (see attachment).

I suspect it's because Greenshot cannot capture 256 color properly. So, what screen capture program would you suggest instead?
