The biggest thing i searched for a few years was a v4 4500 and since a few months i finally own one (agp).
I never use ebay and just search locally so it was a big reward to find one, it is working perfectly and only was 10 euro 😎

Now in search for the pci version....that will keep me busy 🤣

Also found another missing piece since i prefer Asus boards and didn't have a non super 7: Found a great Asus tx97. It would be nice to find a spare....

I am not a big user of 486's but it would be nice to find an Asus pci board to complete my collection (only have a vlb board, don't know the brand).

My collection had a massive growth the last year and i have almost everything i ever wanted. Luckily there are always a few pieces left to look for as the hunt is just as much fun!

Wanted:

Asus 486 pci board
3Dfx v4 4500 pci
3Dfx v5 6000 ( a man can dream, right?)

Nice to have:

Spare v5 5500 agp
Spare Asus TX/HX board
Asus p5a-b
Geforce fx5800
Rage fury maxx
G400 max
Gf3 ti500
Awe64 Gold

asus tx97-e, 233mmx, voodoo1, s3 virge ,sb16
asus p5a, k6-3+ @ 550mhz, voodoo2 12mb sli, gf2 gts, awe32
asus p3b-f, p3-700, voodoo3 3500TV agp, awe64
asus tusl2-c, p3-S 1,4ghz, voodoo5 5500, live!
asus a7n8x DL, barton cpu, 6800ultra, Voodoo3 pci, audigy1

I'm just looking to get each machine into a cohesive state for display once I move out of that moldhole piece of crap place I live in currently.

Tandy 1000 -
Tandy CM2/CM3/CM4/CM5 color monitor so I can give it a dedicated spot on my "retro PC table" in my new man cave.
Optionally some other type of RGB 9-pin CGA/EGA monitor to plug into it
and the Tandy Color Mouse that plugs into the joystick port
Tandy joystick(s)

486 System
- 128MB of FP RAM
- 486 DX4-100 CPU chip, preferably Intel and WriteBack capable
- some L2 Cache RAM, preferably 256K-512K worth. For some reason what I have in there is not working.

Compaq Portable 486
- replacement screen P/N: 128902-001, my LCD is cracked and washed out, want to replace
- SoundBlaster Sound Card of some sort, maybe another CT-1600 like my 486 has

I bought in this card for our 12 monitor setup at work. Works great along with the M9144 for 12 screen monitor output. Not impressed by Matrox OpenGL support!

Not really, get one V5500 and two cheap VSA 100 rev.320 from ebay (used in v6000) and some 4ns memory (Etrontech easily used in common Gf2) and do mod in right place with updated bios. After surgery you will be able to use 3dfx Voodoo 6000 potential and even play Painkiller game with latest Amigamerlin drivers 😀

My first PC was a Cyrix 486DLC-40 and my dad owned an AMD386DX-40.
I still have both PCs (with most of their hardware) but, unfortunately, my PC's motherboard died a couple of years ago (it was one of those motherboards that could take both a 386 & 486 CPU).
Over the years I've, fortunately, kept most of my PC hardware and equipment but, foolishly, also gave away some of them.
I started about 12 years ago to expand my retro collection and I've probably only recently managed to obtain everything that I think I need in order to play all my old games (this includes collecting "back up" parts in case my primary parts cease to function).
I probably have gone a bit overboard by stocking up on way too many ISA sound cards (probably because I was trying to find a "good" all round ISA sound card) but, there were plentiful to find on eBay back then and didn't cost me an arm and a leg.
However, there are still some items that I could add to my collection, being:

An Intel 486DX2-66 CPU (just because it used to be the CPU for many years you could play your DOS based games on)
A PCI based Voodoo graphics card (particularly a Voodoo 2, Voodoo Banshee or Voodoo 3)
A Roland CM-500 (I do have a CM-32L & SC-55 with an MT-32 & SC-88 Pro as backups)
Another 386 motherboard that can take a PGA CPU and is compatible with the Cyrix DLC CPU's
A nice AT mini tower case (I have a couple but, I'm looking for a "nice" one)
Another 1.2 MB floppy disk drive (I currently only have one but, I do also own a 360 KB floppy disk drive and plenty of 1.44 MB floppy disk drives)

However, as they say, "the early bird catches the worm" and if you haven't built up your retro collection yet, then prepare to be very disappointed in finding some of these retro parts or, expect to pay a hefty price for some of them.
But, sometimes one gets lucky...

This is about BGA rework, this is 100% possible and projects are in full working order.
What do you want to know?
Edit: You can install even switch for 32/64 and 128MB mode, imagine 😀
Edit2: I know 2 persons who can do that, one in Spain another in Poland. This coudn't be done by hands, this need pro equipment for BGA rework, this is the most difficult part, can't be done just by hand soldering - of course 😀

Amiga (I'll take any model, I'm not picky 🤣)
1997 or earlier beige macintosh of some sort
Packard Bell corner computer
Packard Bell 4x4 style case
a working 386 or 486 would also be nice, at the moment I have a fist full of 286 computers. 😜
MCA Sound Card

As for games I currently am looking for a copy of Man Of War that won't break the bank. 🤣

I had that same desire for a mid-90s Macintosh. I put it off for so long because they seemed awfully expensive, but eventually I pulled the trigger. They'll only go up in price anyway. Got a nice G3 Outrigger. Completely sated with Macintosh now. 😀

I actually have a handful of macs now, my two favourites are my 1990 and 1992 LC and LC II computers but I also own a 1998 Bondi Blue G3 iMac, a later Strawberry G3 iMac, a Slate G4 Powermac and a G4 Powermac MDD. The Bondi Blue and the LC computers are really the only ones I see as worth having.

I have almost all I need. Though there are a few items that I am missing.

-Fully working DX2-66 with VL-Bus CL-5428-2mb, VL-Bus IDE controller, 8mb Ram.
-Gravis ultrasound full size card (Classic or Max)
-SB-Pro2
-One extra V2-12mb 100mhz.
-V5 AGP
-Banshee AGP
-GF2 (GTS or faster)
-Radeon 9800
-G400 Max

This is what's missing, for my collection to be complete as I need it to be.

Don't eat stuff off a 15 year old never cleaned cpu cooler.
