This card is called Avance Logic ALG2228
The vgadoc describes the CRTC I/Os of alg2228, but none on the 0x3CF.
Where can I grab this information?
There are a lot of invalid port I/Os on this port when I try to poke around with
the pure VGA mode.

Port 3CF Read from index f
Write 0 to index f
Write 1 to index 1
Write 4 to index 4
etc
