According to a guy at my workplace it functions kinda like Ebay with the site allowing different sellers to sell their goods, just without auctions, only buy-outs. So I wouldn't buy from a seller with no feedback at that price.. 🤣

They do have Buyer Protection though, but dunno if it works every time.

I have bought some items from aliexpress since some factories in China just use it to sell single units, but the price was just lower to make it worth. But a GF780 at that price is obviously a scam.... if a deal is too good to be true then it usually is 🤣

(This usb looks 64G, but if you write more than 4-8G, it overwrite foredata. FAT still shows file but cannot access. And very HOT and 3MB/sec)

I ordered 128kb cache DIPs from this site. They showed up, but they were 15ns chips, not 10ns as advertised 🙁

bottom line is that you can get scammed in Ali Express, eBay, forums, wherever crap sellers are...
Ali Express is just like eBay, the usb sticks scam is a very old one like the "item not as advertised" case , all you can do is report sellers and hope for a refund...

I got full refund much faster than I thought. (A free fake 64G USB) Maybe my sophisticated disputing word was impressed chinese well. 😊

You should research the seller as much as you can because there are a lot of scams on Ali Express. I found a reliable seller and picked up a sweet NVR with PoE cams totaling about 20% of the normal retail price here in Australia. Direct from the factory in China.
