I bought a cheap USB MIDI Adapter a while ago and made a short video about the adapter.

Oh wow. I got one that looks exactly like this one and it works flawless for DOSBox 😊

I also have the Roland one. Cost quite a bit more.

Woah! Why the hell does it sound like that? I have one that looks exactly the same and it never caused me problems like that (never noticed any hanging notes for example). Downright weird!
