Subwar 2050. Loved that game.
Alright, well, I know my guess was correct for Subwar 2050 and a couple of days have passed with no response so here is my next submission. It had a very limited physical release and no digital release on the PC.
Note: I had to crop the crap out of this image as Google Images was a little too good.

No sir. This is not a mini game. Completely its own full length standalone game. It had a very limited release on the PC.
It was released in 2007.

Nice to hear. I played the demo back when it was new, and only recently identified it again. Be sure to press F7 to get rid of the horizontal lines in the rendering.
