According to Mobygames, this game was the only one this particular developer ever released.

It's been a week with no guesses so I will post a different game.
The previous screenshot was from Mimi and the Mites by Unobstructed Reason Corporation, released in 1995.
It's a fun puzzle game and has some nice OPL tunes as well.
