@brostenen - they both look amazing and delicious, but they don't look like sandwiches, as I know them to be anyhow. 🤣. 😀

Thanks... They are just a bit under my standard. (I made them in a hurry).
The picture below, are when I do lasagne that are up to my minimum standards for what I can allow my self to serve to others.
And no... There are no cheese on it. I have only made a rich sauce.

Well... They have a slice of toasted sandwich bread underneath. It's just... Well. The one with fish, have 4 fish fillet on it. Making them extremely heavy and yeah... Not for the faint hearted to eat. 🤣 🤣
They actully fall under the category of Danish food, called "Smørrebrød" wich is called open sandwich in English.
Basically speaking a slice of bread, that have a shitload of stuff on top of it. A few vegetables are traditionally used.
In Denmark it is looked at, as a type of luxury food that people are eating for lunch or at dinner time.

Anyway...
If my woman loved asparages and she did not have allergy towards tomato-skin, then I would have used that too on the one with fish.

This is just my normal sound system, and as of right now, no sub, forgoing getting one right now because the satellites are good enough on their own at this point, they're actually kinda ridiculous for their size, really. And I use it the majority of the time for general computer audio or for audio if I want to stick a bluray in or something. Also use it to switch between HDMI inputs to free up some room on the TV.

Is there a modern equivalent of the Minimus speakers? I know that they are a Radioshack brand from back in the 80s/90s with supposedly legendary quality for their size and price range but had heard they aren't quite the same since around 2000, possibly not manufactured anymore, and I'm not aware of any modern speaker equivalent.

Update on previous audio-related posts, I've officially decided on grabbing one of these for a receiver upgrade soon along with a sub.

Ancient metalwork. I recently made about 7-8lbs of Tin Bronze from computer scrap believe it or not.
I used the copper from the wiring, chokes and heat sinks and tin from lead free tin solder. I also added abit of refined tin to the mix and a small amount of lead to make it cast better among a few other metals to make it stronger. Oh and I burned off the zinc from the lead free solder, vaporizing zinc is really cool looking. Just be sure to hold your breath and don't get it in your eyes. 😵

The ingots are about 1/4 to 1/2 think and can withstand a blow from a hardened steel chisel and 1.8lb hammer on my avail. Only made marks on the ingots. I plan to make a Greek stile sword with it.

Nope... They are not the same, as pizza are served warm, not cold, and are made in a total different way.

Yes, it is. There's a Wikipedia article describing Bolognese fencing school.

For example, this is how Achille Marozzo shows the guard named 'Porta di ferro stretta' ('narrow iron door'):

This is how Ilkka Hartikainen does it:

Nice. Sometimes I practice historic European martial arts.

... sometimes I practice more theatrical stage combat, and get out the lightsabers... *ahem*

Unfortunately Sky Sailors closed down last year and I'm in the process of switching to Wurtsboro, NY, which actually has much better planes and soaring conditions. Heading up there again next weekend to hopefully get checked-out in their ASK 21:

Looks like a lot of fun! Do you use plane tow, auto tow, or something different for launch?

Looks fun. I wonder if a giant rubber band like thing would work.

Ground tow or winch applied over a distance allow the glider to attain both some velocity and altitude so the glider can manoever, exploit thermals, etc. Generally they have a very low overspeed, so you can't rocket them off with a catapult in order to fight gravity.

Here's a nice demo of a winch launch - you can see how steep the climb is, and the tremendous length of cable required.

Most gliders have a never-exceed speed of around 130-150 knots and can fly as slow as 35 knots before stalling. They can also pull about 6Gs, roughly the limit of what jet fighter pilots can pull before blacking out. They're great for aerobatics.
