Okay, I give up - where did you get these illustrations of Vogons used for administrators' and moderators' avatars? Did you make them yourself?

I've been considering that the "V" of VOGONS isn't completely accurate. I'll see if I can come up with an alternative "V", or maybe "V" and "O"... 😉

The illustrations are, actually, from the H2G2 DVD. (There was some really amazing stuff they did with the animation in it -- NONE of which was done using computers.) I took a snapshot using WinDVD, resized, re-colourized (they were initially a clashy bright green), added some text, and ta'da! instant Vogons!
