Hello all, I thought I'd just pass on something I found out about last week. Aubrey Hodges posted on one of my youtube videos(Shadows of Darkness music vid) that he'd recorded the entire Shadows of Darkness soundtrack recorded with real instruments on his website. It's available for as little as $15(you can choose to pay more if you wish to offer more support for his endeavors).
I'm just downloading it now, so will give my impressions upon a listen through. I already listened to the main theme and thought it sounded fantastic. Anyway here's the site

Having listened to the new arrangements once through, I must say I really like them. I will say it's a somewhat darker take than the original, in that a believe there is a mild de-tuning of some of the instruments in many selections inducing a sort of 'otherness' vibe, but I think it works. For $15 I think it was worth it, and thank you Aubrey Hodges for giving my favorite midi score new life.
