I wonder how I can overlay a watcom C++ extended dos program easily.
This program I've got on hand (some program I worked for my previous employer)
use some special designated data file to drive the display.
And I don't have anymore.
Very alike hooking, I want to divert the display module of it to mine.
How can I do that easily?

I don't know how to do it *easily*, but if you can run it in DOSBox, then having DOSBox source you have pretty much full control over what the program does (e.g. extend DOSBox to emulate that display)
