I never been good a translating the markings on some caps.
The caps marking are
7 7
680
4J

Woud it be 680uf 4v +or- 5%?

Consulting the Panasonic and Samwha catalogs, I believe it's from Lot 77 of 680 uF, 4V, series code J. SMD or through hole? Samwha has series J polymer through hole caps. See the specs on page 48 in the link below.
