Having scraped tons of dead hardware I can tell you right now that his prices are WAY off.
You lucky to get 10-20$ for a batch of cpu's after refining the gold.
The only way to make money is to scrap 100s of cpu's at once or trick someone into buying the unrefined gold.

Its all a scam TBH, people with gobs of old junk hardware tricking to trick dumb people into over paying for broken crap.

The real money is in scraping the steel/aluminum cases and copper and aluminum in heatsink/wires and aluminum in caps caps.
