Hello there, i just dont know how to solve the following problem as to write in the forum.

Ive been able to send PM to other users.
This has changes a while ago, "We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature. "

The help says: Contact Administrator. This is not possible because i cant send PMs.
Some Admins. websites dont contain email adresses, other arent online.

Could someone ask an administator for me what exactly happened and what i possibly can do do contact other users again.
