the oldest i can find is basica.exe from compaq-dos v1.1, which says "compaq personal computer basic v1.12", and the file is dated feb08-1983. is there any even older versions?
there are other oem versions of msdos and ms-basic, but they would only count if then work right on pc-compatibles.
