I must be living under a rock. How did I miss this amazing piece of work? Probably most of you know about this so consider me the excited latecomer. There was even a DMCA takedown at one point, but the download of the final build is still available on the website.

For those, like me, who didn't know about this amazing piece of work this allows you to roam through Deckard's apartment from the original Blade Runner (1982) in real-time 3D with high detail textures and sounds from the movie. My 2012 gaming laptop (670M) struggles with it even at 1280x720, but it still is amazing. The best part, IMO, is standing outside on Deckard's porch overlooking the city. Make sure to press "F" for the flashlight as I missed a few rooms without it.

Ambitious projects not being widely announced is how they keep from getting foxxed/DMCAd. People behind copyright-violating projects often catch a severe case of the stupids, and start promoting the project everywhere while collecting money.
