I remember Pirch98 had some video feature. I never had a webcam back then so I never used it. Those were the dial-up days, so I envision the video would have been like a slide-show in a 200x200 pixel box.

Yeah, it's not like the US government isn't in bed with all of these tech companies to spy on its own people.
I live in China, and this is what the government here does too, but at least nobody would deny that reality.
I don't mind some Russian services. Yandex is great. ICQ is probably better off in Russian hands than it was with AOHell.
