Yeap, I realized this almost immediately after I typed in my essay, but I had a few in me and enjoyed typing it anyway 🤣. That user just posts totally random questions. I can't figure out the point of bots / activity like that.

I think it is an AI Bot learning to communicate with humans by participating in forums on various subjects, posting replies and questions until he develops an understanding on how actual humans think, feel and correspond with each other. That, and it is definitely running on Java. On an iPad.
