I noticed this as well while browsing various old tech forums. Kind of a nice throwback.
Absolutely amazing. If there was an option to keep this on all the time I would do it in a heartbeat.

Boy, was I fooled, it turns out Stack Overflow has only been around since 2008, meaning that the "throwback" is an obvious hoax. (Not to mention the unicorns and cursor trails) 🤣
