I've found a few vague references to this on the internet, but it seems like there's a lot more that could be done through it than is known. You enter this screen by pressing the left and right SHIFT keys simultaneously. So far, this is what I've found:

So GODACCOUNT is the only command I've been able to find that does anything useful. The commands on the first link above I'm not sure what they do, if anything useful from a gamer's perspective.
Is anyone familiar with this that could provide more info than what's in the two links above?
