They're quite easy to make yourself if you aren't picky about it being authentic or using higher quality materials.

If you want to do it on the cheap, grab some glossy inkjet/laser printer compatible adhesive paper and some 25mm / 1 inch square epoxy domes. Print out what you want, apply dome on top, cut it out and put it on the case. Total cost can easily be under $5 for a few of them.
