Just wondering, why this Imagraph Imascan PCI 75021 REV C1 card is so expensive?

It was part of a piece of medical equipment - Any hospital still using that machine can only replace parts with exactly the same part or the machine is no longer certified. If they replace the video card with an ET4000 from a different manufacturer the machine would have to be re-certified which costs a lot more than paying an inflated price for the original card. This is some eBay parts sellers entire business model.

Ahh... Thanks for the info.
Personally I would not price it more than between 60 to 66 euro. 450+ euro is a bit steep. I was looking for a price to put on my card.
