I have translated adventure game by simply changing original text strings to english ones in main exe file in a hex editor.
Now if anyone could make a diff of the original and translated file and transfer the change to the exe file of cd version
Game is Kajko And Kokosz available on GOG.

I've transfered the translation from the floppy version (your KIK.EXE) to the CD version (KK.EXE) and named it KK_ESUB.EXE.
I've attached the KK_ESUB.EXE in a zip-archive.

With the CD version you can turn on/off the subtitles using the key "T".
