I recently bought the book Animation Techniques in Win32 by Nigel Thomson (Microsoft Press, 1994, ISBN 1-55615-669-3) but when the book arrived, the included disc was not there (as expected, I bought it as an used book).

By any chance do any of you know or have an image of the included disk? I will highly appreciate it.
