It's probably impossible to produce a "master" version of Windows 98 with every possible driver available ... but I thought to compile one for my Windows 98 builds. The project is limited to a 2GB size for the sake of the disk image being easy enough to download. It's meant to cover the most common hardware of the era, so it will ( hopefully ) work with most anything you are trying to work on. AMD Geode based thin clients ( based on Cyrix Media-GX ) are also supported. Everything comes on an ISO to image to a 2GB CF card. Files were sourced from: Vogons, Archive.org, Phil's Computer Lab, Major Geeks, or the manufacturers website. ISO will boot (NTFS)

Is there a particular reason going with directx 8.2? According to the directx wiki the first 9.0c release was the last to support 98 with 9.0 and 9.0b as two other releases past 8.2.
