Nvidia Profile Inspector is pretty updated and will likely be kept pretty up to date as it seems to be open source, but it is for altering exposed driver settings.

What you want it a custom Nvidia driver, and that's not happening.

If that setting isn't working, it's not likely to be a bug in the program, but the driver.
