I can't figure out how to download this file; chinese websites are always difficult. I'd appreciate it if someone can download it for me.

Hmmm... so this is how Windows users get their drivers, from random sites around net 😁
I guess they're asking for money (gold??) nowadays so there's no direct dl. They forgot about archive.org though:

Hey, thanks a lot. I was having a very hard time finding this.
Alright, so this is based on the reference V3.00.01 driver, and so far is the newest reference-like driver pack (no additional OEM software) that includes Glide 2.1.1 (glide.dll).
It's not on vogonsdrivers probably because no one had it, although I'd say now it should be there.
