This game uses Direct3D9 and as what I have read, has heavy use of shaders. Unfortunately, the game worked fine with 3D-Analyze and Windows XP, and attempting to use 3D-Analyze on newer systems brings in memory leaks. Fortunately, with dgVoodoo2 debugging, it was possible to see warnings and missing features. I hope dgVoodoo2 can fix this game's graphics, as there is no other alternative.

That seemed to fix everything. Thanks. I hope the source was available for implementation in dgVoodoo2, since it should be a rarely used feature.

That fix removes foliage, so it's not 100% a fix. I think this is a Nvidia driver bug that for some reason applies to the game regardless of if it's runninger under dgVoodoo or not, IIRC WARP works fine.

Very correct, the foliage is not available with this patch. And with WARP the game plays fine, except the memory leak which doesn't let me play it.
