dgVoodoo config location question

Unsure if this is the correct place to post but dgvoodoo is grabbing a .conf from somewhere not listed in the 2 places in my drop down.
Unsure how to rectify when I looked in the debug menu it just keeps talking about a binary version.

There should be info messages in the debug log about where it reads the config file from, with full path. This is true for both the Cpl and the dll's (when starting a game).
Could you paste those lines here from the log?
