Hello,

I am looking for teh original drivers and software for the "VL System L.I.S 2 indicator" USB fan controller.
(here is a review with some pictures https://www.techpowerup.com/review/vlsystem-lis2/2.html

I found out that the display should work with "LCD Smartie" but I am looking for the retail software that came with the display.
The Software should be for Windows XP.

TNX & best wishes

Don't know, both links on the wayback are dead links cause the URL doesn't exist any longer.
Is there any DL source that's still working?

Thanks to the links that evasive posted, I found out that I need the following two files:

a) Driver: http://www.vlsys.co.kr/pds/driver/USB1002154.zip
and
b) Software: http://www.vlsys.co.kr/pds/lis/MCC2222.exe

But I hadn't been able to find any working DL-Source so far - Please, can anybody help?!?

Maybe someone here has the original (Mini)CD that came with this display and can send me an image?

BTW, the whole thing looks like this:

2.2.2.2 is not to be found anywhere, however the 2.0.0.3 version can be downloaded:

Many thanks you for the links, they work fine.

But AFAIK I will still need the retail USB driver to set up the display properly or at leaste these drivers would make things easier.

I even had been able to unearth a Version 2.2.2.6 of the "Media Control Center" here:
https://l-i-s-indicator.software.informer.com/
... but sadly no USB drivers 🙁

I have gone over the website once more and found listings for the LIS USB setup.zip and one more USB setup exe. Both contain generic FTDI USB-to-serial drivers. I fear for making things easier, the reviews of the CCM elsewhere do mention it is slightly buggy and the GUI feels a bit clunky. Others mention trouble getting the interface to WinAmp/Windows Media Player to work properly.

What OS are you using for this thing?

In case you want to contribute to linux support there is this project:

I intend to use it with Windows XP (for PC #3 of my sig).

Thank you for the effort, I will give the generic drivers a try.
I am just not shure if it will do the trick, because the L.I.S. 2 is not just a display, it's also works as fan control.

Neither am I. The only thing I know for sure is whatever LIS driver on that site that can be downloaded contains FTDI usb-to-serial drivers.

Luckily I have been able to fix it in the meantime, but thank you for your response 😀
