Looking for a recovery disk for this model, couldn't find any on Archive.org, wonder if it still exists in the wild?

The computer works so far, but graphics card is producing wavy lines on my screen, not sure if its due to the graphics card, onboard card is fine and I tried a few different PCI cards, all show same result.
I know thats a different question but I just want this computer to be running great.
