Hello,
I installed Windows 2.1 and Windows 3.0 on my Schneider EuroPC, but the mouse does not work. I have Microsoft and Logitech mouse and when using CuteMouse or mouse.com (for Microsoft mouse) or mouse.exe (for Logitech mouse) they work in DOS without any issue. Even worst, when I setup Windows 3.0 for Logitech mouse, the Windows gets frozen at the splash screen.

Can anybody help? Should I use special version of the driver?

Hi, good evening,

Not sure if this helpful, but CuteMouse was incompatble with my copy of Windows 2.03.
(I used MS-Mouse 6.24BZ for DOS programs. It did not interfere with Win 2.x.)

Also, Windows 2.x and 3.x don't use DOS mouse drivers.
The mouse type (driver) must be selected in setup.

In Windows 2.x, this can only be done when installing Windows.
Not ofterwards. Unless you install it over an existing installation.
