In the olden days there was a wonderful site called Simtel.Net. It contained gigabytes of Public Domain, totally free and shareware programs for all sorts of applications and OSs. I thought I'd create this thread to inform those who have never heard of it or thought it and all the mirrors had disappeared into that big ugly networked black cloud. Good news, mirrors are still out there and this is one of them https://ftp.sunet.se/mirror/archive/ftp.sunet … /pub/simtelnet/ so fill ya boots.

Anyone with other Simtelnet mirror links other than Archive.org are welcome to place them in this thread.

Of course, as always, I'm open to correction...😉

There's several places with this one, the '94 Simtel CD from walnut creek...

It's just what was in the MSDOS directories circa 1994.

Also same era http://archive.retro.co.za/archive/computers/ … telOctober1993/

Then the one at oldskool has win3 and other systems too...

Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.
