Write allocation was turned off on one of my machines. There are enough tools that can enable this, but most of them seem too complicated to me. I found k6-pro. A simple entry in config.dos and config.sys and it works. It's just a little annoying to have to confirm the two screens with the enter button every time you start. What other simple alternatives are there? And sorry, I'm not a pro. Thanks!
