Not sure if this is the right place to post a request, but I was wondering if anyone has WinSplit Revolution v8.0x for Windows 98? WinSplit is a really cool program that give Windows 98 all the cool window movement features that Windows 7 introduced (WinKey + arrow to move window around for example). I have an old version (1.9) which works great, but I read a review that said version 8 (which I believe is the last version to work with Windows 98) has the tear away feature that lets you grab a maximized window by the title bar and pull it to the right or left to split the screen. If anyone wants a copy of version 1.9 feel free to PM me.
