I have a thing for vintage speech synthesizer hardware, and happened across a Street Electronics Echo PC2. Note that this is not the Apple 2 card (which software exists for on the web). It is the PC card, which I can't seem to find any software for. If anyone knows of any resources, please let me know.

Thanks.

Well, today is your lucky day. I just happen to have the PC2 software right here beside my unicorn.

The "demo" was designed to run from the A:\ drive. You'll either want to accommodate for this, or modify the DEMOEGA.TXT file accordingly.

Here's everything I tried to rescue off of my Echo 1000 EX (Tandy EX-specific version) disks before they died. Some of the disks were empty or damaged, but maybe it can help: ftp://ftp.oldskool.org/pub/drivers/Street%20E … 01000/echosoft/

Hi Scott,

please can You take a photo of the card and post to the Marvin hardware section? I searched for photo for many hours but found only Apple version.
It is interesting device because is one ot the very earliest sound devices for IBM. From 1984 or 1985?

Thanks
