Bit of a vague question.
What system are you running? DOS, Windows (which version) or, a combination of both?
Drivers are available on Vogonsdrivers - you can even use the AWE64 drivers to install, depending on your operating system.

Does your PC (the BIOS) detect the Plug and Play sound card when you boot up (this is a PnP model, so your BIOS should detect it, depending on whether you have a PnP BIOS)?
What is your system specifications?

Why don't you just follow the instructions that the "error" message gives you? You try to install the bundled applications, but those require the drivers to be installed already. The drivers are on the CD as well, most likely in a subdir called drivers/win9x or something.

wel windows wont see the card ,i just put in the vibra card and windows sees it installed the drivers and its working perfect

I also don't see any broken traces.

What does the front of the card look like? Are there any chips that have the legs bent or broken?

Did you actually ever try to install the actual drivers for the SB32?

It is not going to be detected exactly like a Vibra 16 card.

You may need to run the diagnose program from within DOS to set the PnP configuration to work with your computer.

Being a PnP card, if Windows does not detect the card upon start up, then there is probably something wrong with the card.
You could also try to detect the card via the Add New Hardware wizard within Windows.
If no luck, then I would return the card to the seller and request a refund.

Ok, so with the closer picture, one of those traces looks like it is cut.

That's a bummer.

It could be a really easy fix though. Maybe contact the seller and see if they will give you a partial refund if you can fix it and if not, then send it back for a full refund.
