I'm new to the forums and Classic Windows and I can't get my PC to boot outside of safe mode. When in normal mode it get's stuck on the blue background with the mouse in the middle.
Specs are:
266mhz p2
64mb ram
s3 card specifically some weird diamond one with the word 3d in it
and a soundblaster live i've pulled out to try to get it to boot.

Is this a fresh installation or did you used to have it working?
Check Device Manager while you're booted in Safe Mode and look for anything that looks wrong, like exclamation points or multiple instances of the same driver.
