I'm currently trying to make a fully genuine looking WinME/2K theme for Windows 98 SE. So far I have the icons, desktop color, title bars and sounds ready, however I've noticed that some Plus! themes can modify the cloudy background in the top left in Explorer. Upon further inspection I found out the original file in 98 is called "wvleft.bmp", however I can't find anything like it in 2K or ME. To be more exact, this is what I'm looking for:

Does anyone happen to know where this file is located?

It should be in C:\Windows\Web (or "C:\WINNT\Web" if you're using Windows 2000).

Tried that, unfortunately it's not in there.
