I have Sega Rally 2 running on a computer that should be able to run it no issue, but it doesn't run well. In areas with a lot of the track visible, the framerate drops noticeably for a few seconds, then goes back up to solid 60. I have everything set to the maximum in settings, and these are the specs of the PC I'm running it on:

866 MHz Pentium 3
640 MB of RAM
ECS P6VAP-A+ motherboard
ATi Rage 128 Fury 32 MB AGP
