Hi all,

all the sound effects in Windows (and games) have this echoing effect (as if I am in a large hall). How can I turn this off?

My System specs
PIII-800E
Abit BH-6
512MB SD-RAM PC100

I figured it out:

Right click on speaker icon (lower-right corner of the screen)
Open Volume Controls
Wave Balance column ---> Click Advanced button
At the bottom, under Other Controls ---> enable 1 Wave Out Reverb Mute
