Tried different versions, resets the PC, or locks up at loading screen. Any suggestions? (triled SetMul L2D, L1D, with no luck)

Thanks!

That's your problem:

Rage 128 Pro AGP. All Radeon Rage and their PCI and AGP products were severely incompatible. Also PIII 800 is too fast and still too fast or way off slow, when both caches are off.
I suggest using Geforce2 GTS as best spot for this PIII and pretty good compatibility with DOS

The old games works best with cached 386DX, cached 486DX through Pentium with L2 cache off will work best. The game was released in 1993.

For this reason I'm building a Pentium 133 box just exactly for those fussy games. All PCI video cards at hand: Virge DX, GX, TNT2 M64, Vision 864 and few other.

OK, thanks for the response. Well, 90% of my games work with video card, so I might think about another solution to play this game.
