Recently got my old computer going, and installed several new games after a reformat. I've installed several of the old Mega Man and Mega Man X games, but X3 seems to be giving some issues. The videos play back perfectly fine, but once in gameplay it is definitely in single digit FPS. I've attached my dxdiag for reference. I believe I don't have any compatibility issues. From what I read it only needs a Pentium 90 with 16MB RAM.

Has anyone else had issue with getting this game to run? (Yeah I could play my SNES copy, but where's the fun in that!)
