A PS/2, USB or serial mouse should work out of the box on Windows 98, so you don't strictly need a Windows 98 driver for it .

According to this archived page, IntelliPoint 4.12 supports Windows 98:

I downloaded this back in 2004, and the filename (assuming you want an English version) is IP4_12EngALLMsi.exe. One of the Microsoft download mirrors may have a copy.

darry: Yes, it is a USB-PS/2 compatible mouse, so it will work. But, I would prefer to have the IntelliPoint software installed.
