Apparently there is. I went looking through my stash of disks and I found one, though mine mentions on the disk that it actually contains both a Dutch and an English version.
It also doesn't look like the one photographed on this page here but iirc was used for volume licencing for educational purposes.

EDIT: Could also have been a (cheaper) version for students btw.
