Need to find one tool that i seen before but now can't remember its name. It's a cmd-line tool for DOS (not win32 console app for NT-based Windows but pure MS-DOS utility) for change date/time for directories by direct disk access. It's a commercial software, not free and has been available from software company page along with soft-bundle for Windows and as separate alone DOS tool (demo).
