I was messing around trying to get my soundblaster live to work in DOS when it kept saying missing EMM 386 so I messed around with the config.sys and autoexec.bat and still couldn't get it working, I then installed an unofficial service pack and it locked up windows -
I can boot into DOS W/ F8 and even play dos games I have loaded but if I try to start windows 98 it says (HIMEM.SYS) missing - but I have verified it's there and even opened it with (C:\Windows\ edit himem.sys) and it looks like everything is there and also made sure config.sys had correct lines

Anyhow...
I am trying to start over with a fresh copy of W98se, but I can't select to boot from USB in the bios.
Im running the Dell T450 Phoenix Bios 4.0 rev 6 (Dell version - A11)
Under Boot options it has Removable, HDD ,CD , LAN :

If I open Removeable its only option is 3.5 floppy
and HDD options are the 32GB HDD and ADD IN DRIVE

+ MY other pc for some reason will not burn an iso to make a boot CD, So I am stuck not being able to do anything

Thanks in Advance,
