Hi there,

someone can help me?

I am reviving a nice old HP Vectra M2 system, after a nice cleaned up and a nice setup about hard disk that was broken, I am having all the hardware test passed, but at the end of the tests he says me error 0250, it says me to execute SETUP to correct errors (but all I think is good), so they told me to ensure that my interrupt CONFG on the mainboard is in OFF position (I cannot find this interrupt).

If I try to continue system says me to insert a system disc and then strike a key to continue.

I put the DOS OEM version of DELL disk 1 to install it but it doesn't run, after a while it says me another time to put a system disk in the system.

Anyone have any ideas how to proceed?

I put photos about that warning in attachment.

I changed the hard disk too and now the boots shows correctly, the system is OK it say.

Ok I proceed install Dos 6.2 then.

(unfortunately I had a 3,3GB hard disk that Vectra can see only 509MB of space. Uff)
