CreateFileMapping/MapViewOfFile showed up in W32s. mmap is a Unix thing.

Do any DOS memory managers (EMM386/QEMM/386MAX/Jemm) support manually managed virtual memory? Not the usual automagic swap that QEMM/EMM386 allow. Im interested in memory mapped disk files or explicit callback in case not mapped memory page access is trapped.
Who manages page tables in DOS? Is it VCPI/DPMI host or the client (DOS extenders)?
